The house cleaner is primarily responsible for performing a variety of both deep cleaning and house cleaning duties in public and private spaces to employer standards as well as move in and move out cleaning.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
vacuuming, mopping, surface cleaning, dusting, and bathroom services.
Prior experience is preferred but not necessary, Miranda Maid LLC.
can provide training services to willing candidates.
Attention to detail and a positive attitude is a must.
The right person is punctual, thorough but fast, and eager to learn.
House Cleaner Duties and
Responsibilities:
Dusting and cleaning ceiling fans and vents, surface areas, and counter surfaces as needed.
Performs general sweeping, scrubbing, mopping of hardwood, laminate, or tiled floors.
Using vacuuming equipment; vacuums the carpet.
Disposing of trash from bins and containers.
Polishing furniture and room accessories as needed.
Scrubbing sinks, basins, and toilets in private and public bathrooms.
Cleaning glass surfaces and mirrors.
dusting and cleaning of baseboards, cup boards, door frames and doors as needed.
Maintaining and upkeep of all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products.
Reporting repairs and replacements needed when encountered on the job.
Responding to homeowners' inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
Immediately informing homeowners of any accidents that may occur during the course of cleaning.
Maintain clear and through communication with the general manager/owner of any incidents, and time off requests.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older.
Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and up-to-date auto insurance.
Ability to follow verbal and written directions.
Ability to work well alone and with a partner or team.
must not be allergic to pets, dust, or cleaning supplies.
Reliable and punctual with dedicated professionalism to job and duties.
Able to adapt to changing schedules or routines; excellent time management skills.
Pays attention to detail when cleaning.
Organized and able to follow a schedule.
Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during the daily routine, with the ability to stand for long lengths of time; physically able to push vacuum cleaner for extended periods of time; ability to lift up to 25 to 30 pounds.
Must have:
Own and Reliable transportation, valid Driver's license, current car registration and car insurance.
Readily accessible vacuum cleaner.
General knowledge of cleaning products, supplies, and techniques for cleaning.
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience; or knowledge, and skills.
