The core responsibilities will include answering phone calls, responding to emails, processing orders, and providing a positive customer experience.
Duties/
Responsibilities:
Interacts with customers via telephone, email, or in person to provide support and information on products or services Maintains a positive attitude and professional demeanor with every customer interaction Processes customer orders accurately and timely Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customer problems and concerns Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, comments, or feedback Performs general office duties such as filing, organizing, light cleaning, and other related duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong verbal & written communication skills including active listening Excellent attention to details and well organized Great problem-solving skills Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Previous customer service experience highly preferred High school diploma or equivalent required Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times The work schedule is Monday - Friday from 8:
00am - 4:
30pm.
Pay range is $18 - $20 per hour depending on experience.
Benefits are offered at 60 days of employment, which include sick pay, paid vacation, health insurance, and 401k.
