The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and accurately processing payments.
This position requires excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to handle customer inquiries in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide assistance in a friendly and professional manner.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately.
Process payments, returns, and exchanges according to store policies.
Maintain knowledge of store products and services to better assist customers.
