Murrieta, CA Murrieta, CA Full-time Full-time $80,000 - $100,000 a year $80,000 - $100,000 a year JOB DESCRIPTION Interview new hires, institute training of canvassers and telemarketers Create and develop the culture of the canvassing and telemarketing teams, through personal role modeling desired behaviors and techniques.
Implement policies and procedures Oversee all field canvassing and telemarketing activities to establish the maximum amount of appointments Develop dialer and dialing strategies Monitor performance Update/improve scripts as needed and customer service guidelines.
Develop growth strategies for lead sources Be an active member of the Corporate Marketing and Sales leadership team Provide timely tracking and entering of marketing data into corporate database.
Provide information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma, College degree preferred or equivalent work experience Requires 2
years of experience in management experience in canvassing marketing / telemarketing Valid Driver's license with a clean driving record Excellent training and coaching skills Requires weekend work Able to think strategically Provide and promote a positive upbeat environment to the team Strong verbal and written communication skills Able to self-manage Understand the role of marketing communications and sales promotion Work Remotely No Job Type:
