Our CSRs serve as the first point of contact for our customers! We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, positive and is able to communicate with our customers and other team members effectively.
Qualified candidates will be able to give 5-star customer service on each and every call.
You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-call volume environment! Strong multitasking skills is a must.
Responsibilities include answering customer phone calls, booking appointments, and responding to emails and other leads sources promptly.
Our CSRs need to be able to keep open communication with Dispatch and other members of the team.
