Apply today! We are hiring for Patient Services Representative/Front Desk Receptionist at our eyecare clinic.
The Patient Services Representative/Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for performing a variety of routine tasks and special requests associated with the daily operations.
The daily tasks are often time-sensitive and therefore require consistent performance without reminders, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
An overview of the daily and special requests is outlined below under Essential Functions.
All tasks are to be completed as a team player within the department and company.

Responsibilities:
Welcomes and greets all the visitors, in person or over the phone.
Scheduling appointments.
Surgery counseling, surgery scheduling, submitting authorizations Answers the phone while maintaining a polite, consistent phone manner using proper telephone etiquette.
Responsible for keeping the reception area clean and organized.
Provide clerical support for mass mailings on an as needed basis.
Assist with organization and distribution of Mail Room materials (i.
e.
, office supplies, stationary, printer ribbons, copy paper, etc.
).
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift at least 20 lbs.
Must have computer knowledge.
Ability to operate mail and shipping systems and other similar office equipment.
Have the ability to provide excellent customer service, communication, telephone and grammar skills.
Must be detail oriented and organized.
