We are looking for an ambitious, customer focused Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic Insurance Team.
The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities Coordinating all aspects of the renewal marketing process with agents and their clients Marketing and account management Prepare summaries and proposals Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Identify and assess customers' needs Processing final audits Prepare account specifications, negotiate pricing and finalize policy conditions Maintain confidentiality of all information related to clients, customers, employees, carriers, or other information, as appropriate Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies All other duties as assigned Skills Basic PC skills, basic math skills, strong analytical capability and conflict resolution skills Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Experienced with EPIC agency management system Must be highly proficient in online rating systems Knowledge of insurance terminology, documents, coverages, underwriting, rates and premium processing Proven customer support experience Maintain a positive and respectful attitude with colleagues Qualifications 2 years experience handling commercial accounts Licensed by California Department of Insurance.
This position is ONLY for an experienced commercial insurance account manager.
