A qualified candidate must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment, while providing exceptional world class customer service.
An effective Dispatcher must be able to understand the skills, strengths, and weaknesses of our Technicians.
Dispatchers must have the ability to communicate with clarity, compassion, and confidence.
Must be a quick learner and able to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude! Qualities we are looking for:

Responsibilities:
- HVAC experience a major plus.
- Must possess exceptional customer service skills.
- Answering inbound calls in professional and courteous manner.
- Handle multi-phone lines at any given time.
- Must present a professional and confident demeanor on the phone, and in person.
- Dispatching technicians and installers properly and timely.
- Communicating with client's about scheduling times.
- Processes and evaluates information received, prioritize calls.
- Working with customer service representatives, managers, and technicians, providing excellent service - Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think clearly and make decisions quickly.
- Perform follow up calls.
- Be trainable.
- Data entry, technician daily tracking, office duties and other administrative duties as they arrive.
- Dependable.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Positive and professional demeanor.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
