The ideal incumbent is flexible, has great communications skills, detail oriented, and reliable.
Some work will be professional assisting with emails, files, etc.
while other work will be personal, such as, taking car for maintenance, running errands, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Runs errands as needed - Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries - Manage and maintain files, documents, and records - Maintain information confidential - Coordinate and schedule appointments using Outlook Calendar and Google Suite - Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning Requirements:
- Possess valid Driver's License - Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Calendar, Word, Excel) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets) - Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Professional demeanor and appearance Note:
