Responsibilities Answering incoming phone calls and provide top tier customer service.
Manager and organize our office supplies and maintain stock in the supply room.
Manage and organize our electronic inventory to ensure organization and ensure the team as the equipment needed.
Perform quarterly maintenance inspections and scheduling repairs and maintenance to foster and safe and productive office environment.
Perform spot-checks for quality assurance tasks.
Requirements:
Prior office experience required Prior office management experience is a plus Prior experience in IT is a plus Prior experience is a law office is a plus Excellent phone etiquette Brilliant customer service skills High call volume experience Comfortable receiving and making phone calls Able to work in a fast-paced environment Very organized Meticulous and accurate Attention to detail Able to follow directions and take ownership of projects and tasks Advanced Word, Excel, and Outlook skills Technology-driven Confident and responsible Keyboarding ability, 40 words per minute High School Diploma.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
