The right candidate is outgoing, has a great attitude, and is a self-starter with a great phone presence.

What you will do as a Sales Associate:
Take inbound calls from prospective clients Make outbound calls on prospect inquiries that are 100% lead generated - no cold calling! Take prospective clients through qualifying process Successfully prime prospective clients and transfer to our team of senior resolution officers What will make you successful:
Preferably 1 year of Customer Service/Sales/Call Center experience Great communication skills Confident and pleasant phone voice presence Active listening skills Demonstrate consistent follow-up and organizational qualities Strong work ethic Ability to remain focused and productive in a fast-paced environment Bilingual is a PLUS!
