The ideal candidate will have a wide range of experience in Human Resources including recruitment, payroll, benefits, employee events and wellness.
We need a team player who can collaborate effectively with coworkers and managers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Processes payroll and maintains HRIS system for assigned location.
Prepares payroll related journal entries and reconciles employee benefits.
Conducts recruiting efforts, including interviewing, pre-employment screening, and hiring.
Performs new hire and employee benefit orientations.
Assists with administering employee benefits and annual open enrollments.
Maintains accurate personnel records and documents.
Administers the company's Safety Glasses and Safety Footwear benefits.
Partners with other HR team members, across locations to organize company events.
Manages the Employee Wellness program and assists with employee newsletters.
Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and/or
Experience:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in related discipline and five to seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with recruiting is required.
Payroll experience, ADP experience, basic accounting knowledge, and PHR certification are preferred.
Must also be proficient in Excel and Power Point.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
