Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides.
As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to patients in their homes.

Duties:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming - Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals - Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature - Assist with mobility and transfers - Provide companionship and emotional support to patients - Help with meal planning and preparation - Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and cleaning - Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care
Experience:
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred - Knowledge of patient care principles and practices - Familiarity with medical terminology - Experience with tube feeding is a plus - Understanding of HIPAA regulations - Experience in senior care or memory care is beneficial - Experience in a nursing home or similar healthcare setting is advantageous Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Successful completion of a state-approved Home Health Aide training program - Valid certification as a Home Health Aide - CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
