00/hrCaregiver ResponsibilitiesAssist assigned residents with ADL's including but not limited to bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting and activities.
Report to Med-Tech on duty any observed changes Daily charting via mobile device (facility provided)Caregiver RequirementsMinimum one (1) year of Alzheimer's / Dementia experience High school diploma or GEDCPR card certified by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross Negative TB skin test or chest x-rayCOVID-19 Vaccine Complete Vaccine with recordDriver's license & reliable transportationHCA Registration (California Home Care Aide) & LiveScan Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull.
Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client.
