ASAP 3-6 Months, with good possibility of extension Providers must have flexibility in schedule.
Shift: 3 - 12 hour shifts weekly 9a-9:30p with alternating weekends
Average 3 patients per hour. 20 Minute appointments for Urgent Care. Providers must be comfortable with Fast Track s as well as they have them onsite and are 10-minute appointments. See s 275 patients per day
No Call
EMR: Epic
Credentialing Timeframe: 12 Weeks from time application submitted
Urgent Care must be comfortable with triaging higher acuity patients, as needed.
Requirements:
Active unrestricted CA License
Active BLS certifications
Minimum 1 year ER experience in past 3 years due to higher acuity patients.
Board Certified
Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
