Responsibilities:
Comply with Bathhouse, Resort and Spa Policies Welcome and receive guests seeking to enhance their well-being.
Proper professional appearance and greeting to guests.
Recognize and celebrate returning guests.
Ensure our guests are given accurate information on how to get the most from their Bathhouse and Spa experiences.
Maintain information regarding our Bathhouse and Spa services and present all information knowledgably.
Able to answer questions about services and activities.
Support both Bathhouse and Spa operations as needed.
Utilize a variety of computer systems and applications to perform administrative tasks.
Be an expert in all things the Bathhouse and Spa have to offer and enthusiastically share your knowledge with our guests.
Responsible for efficient check in and check out for Bathhouse and Spa guests.
Schedule and confirm Spa services.
Answer the phone and retrieve messages from voice mail.
Daily reports, email, and check lists.
Adhere to closing & opening procedures of the team.
Work alongside Bathhouse Attendants and Spa Treatment Providers to keep the facility clean, stocked, and full of energy.
Supports keeping all retail counters and shelves clean and well merchandised.
Check out retail and assist guests with retail needs.
Assist with the restock and inventory of retail.
Process payment types.
Closes down each shift by verifying all payments, tips, cash, and transfers are accurate.
Guide our guests through educational experiences.
Proficient knowledge of all resort offerings, ability to answer any guest question.
Completes any additional activities and other tasks as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:
High level of comfort with computer systems and ability to learn new software.
High School diploma or relevant qualification required.
1 years' reception experience preferred.
Able to work a flexible schedule which may include mornings, nights, holidays, and weekends.
Must be reliable and professional.
Attendance policy is strictly observed.
Solid verbal communication skills.
Prepared to execute all duties and responsibilities in a safe and timely manner.
Ability to work independently and as a team player.
High level of accuracy and attention to details in a rigorous, fast-paced work environment.
Sense of urgency and ownership.
Ability to multitask and prioritize.
Act with the highest integrity and professionalism in all their endeavors.

Physical Requirements:
Stand, sit and walk for varying lengths of time, often long periods of time.
Bend, stoop, squat, and stretch.
Lift approximately fifty (50) pounds of equipment or supplies using safe lifting techniques.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, pulling, pushing.
Direct evacuations in an emergency.
Must have finger dexterity to be able to operate office equipment such as computers, printers, multi-line tone phone, filing cabinets, photocopiers, and other office equipment as needed.

Pay Range - $19 an hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
