Career Citi is seeking an Office Coordinator / Administration Assistant. In this role you will be responsible for creating and keeping up great correspondence and successful working relationships with customers. You will be required to perform general office duties and will be trained to work with our office equipment. Please see further details about this position below:
Responsibilities:
A full range of administrative and/or secretarial services
Enter Purchase Orders into system
Develop project plans and timelines for various projects
Assisting in authoring document templates
Job Requirements:
Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook) and have strong keyboarding skills
Above average verbal and writing abilities
You should be a team player with an eagerness to learn while being self-motivated to perform well in your job
Ability to handle pressure in stressful situations while maintaining a calm persona
