I am looking for a STELLAR person to take on running the warehouse. Someone who is going to EXCEED my expectations. Are you committed? Able to move 75lbs boxes? (Not all day just every once in awhile) I need someone who can move upward, our warehouse is the launch pad (for the right person) to become a solar installer and then a lead installer. Serious career potential here.
Our warehouse is kept like NASA. We are super organized and you would have to be too. We are committed to IMPECCABILITY. You should have dependable transportation. You MUST be insurable. You will be driving company vehicles. Everyone at our company is happy and there is no drama. Everyone gets along. It's a fun place to work for those who work hard and like to be around others who work just as hard.

ROLES
1. Support the Operational Services Manager to exceed departmental and company goals.
2. Maintain the warehouse
3. Support Installation Crews
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Perform daily tasks to maintain warehouse inventory, cleanliness, and safety
2. Secure the warehouse and office space at end of day.
3. Offload trucks upon return.
4. Load trucks with identified materials
5. Maintenance, stocking, & appearance of company vehicles
DUTIES:
1. Offload trucks as they return from installations
a. Recyclable material
b. Restock materials
c. Dispose of trash
2. Load Trucks before next installation
a. Load modules, inverters, racking, and electrical components
b. Load tools and equipment
3. Maintain Trucks
a. Keep trucks fueled
b. Restock bins with parts
c. Check tire pressure and add air as necessary
d. Wash trucks and windows per set schedule.
4. Secure Warehouse
a. Ensure all tools, parts, trash, trucks are inside the warehouse.
b. Take out trash
c. Ensure all bay doors are locked.
d. Follow shut-down checklist.
5. Assemble racking components
6. Shipping & Receiving
a. Sending out RMA's
b. Scheduling freight pick-ups
Positions is Monday through Friday, six hour days. (30 hours a week)Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
